House Rules

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM to respect our hardworking neighbors. Absolutely no smoking on the property or surrounding areas. A $500 fee will be charged if smoking occurs inside the house or anywhere on the premises. No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings are allowed. Entrance doors must remain closed to prevent pests from entering. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Any unauthorized guests will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund and a $500 charge. Pets must be approved by the host before arrival, and additional charges apply. Pets are not allowed on beds or couches. Guests must clean up after their pets in the yard and fenced-in area. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. Late checkout fee: $30 per hour past the designated checkout time. Lost key fee: $100 (please leave the key in the lockbox upon departure). The key must be returned prior to cleaning or we have to get a locksmith to open the door . If you have used spray tan solutions, please avoid using our towels, as the stains cannot be removed. By booking this stay, guests agree to follow all house rules. Violation of any rules may result in additional fees or immediate cancellation of the reservation.

You’re just STEPS from downtown New Port Richey where all the restaurants and shops are. This location is 15 min to Howard Beach and Green key is 5 min away. Tarpon Springs is about 20min where the famous Sponge Docks and restaurants can be found. Clearwater Beach, Honeymoon Island and Dunedin downtown are 30-40min away.

Self check-in. The entire home is for the guest to use, and the garden area (front yard ) is shared with other guests. This is a triplex and the parking area and outside garden patio are shared.

Nina and Bob were outstanding hosts. I stayed in two of the triplex units that are perfectly maintained with excellent king sized beds, well outfitted kitchens, and comfortable accommodations. The location is wonderful near Main Street in New Port Richey, close to good restaurants, a convenience store, etc., all in walking distance. And, although the location is close to the heart of town, it is very quit and peaceful. I plan to retune next year!

This was a fun location. It felt like a small town vibe but with 20 restaurants, shops and a beautiful park all within 4 blocks. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. One mile out however is Hwy 19 which takes you to more restaurants, Publix and TJ Maxx. The unit has a nice kitchen, good bed and plenty of room for my dog and I.
