House Rules

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM to respect our hardworking neighbors. Absolutely no smoking on the property or surrounding areas. A $500 fee will be charged if smoking occurs inside the house or anywhere on the premises. No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings are allowed. Entrance doors must remain closed to prevent pests from entering. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Any unauthorized guests will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund and a $500 charge. Pets must be approved by the host before arrival, and additional charges apply. Pets are not allowed on beds or couches. Guests must clean up after their pets in the yard and fenced-in area. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. Late checkout fee: $30 per hour past the designated checkout time. Lost key fee: $100 (please leave the key in the lockbox upon departure). If you have used spray tan solutions, please avoid using our towels, as the stains cannot be removed. By booking this stay, guests agree to follow all house rules. Violation of any rules may result in additional fees or immediate cancellation of the reservation.

There are so many things I loved about this property that I could list them all. Here are a few of my favorites. The self-check-in and check-out process was incredibly easy. The unit I stayed in, B, was much larger than it seemed from the outside. When I arrived, I thought, “What a cute little guest apartment.” But once inside, I was blown away by the size of the home. It truly felt like home away from home. The kitchen was huge and had every amenity you could ever need. There were two bedrooms on opposite sides of the house, which gave me some alone time if I needed it while traveling with someone else. The living room had a large sectional sofa that was so comfortable that I couldn’t resist taking a midday nap on while watching one of the many streaming channels set up for guests. The bathroom, which appeared small, opened up into a large shower when I pulled back the shower curtain. I didn’t just like this property; I absolutely loved it. The hosts were not overbearing, controlling, or “helicopter hosts.” They checked in with me once or twice to make sure I and my dog and partner had settled in okay, or if I needed anything extra. And the one time I did need to get a hold of them, the response time was immediate. To top it all off, I don’t want to leave. The beautifully decorated and well-laid-out floor plan of this home, the extremely sweet and helpful hosts, and the overall ease of the stay made it an unforgettable experience. Thank you so much for making our stay so wonderful and so easy! I could not say one negative thing about my stay, it really couldn’t have been better.

Loved the place. Roomy, private, exactly as promised, clean (spotless), and everything worked as expected. ZERO hiccups...allowing me to spend 100% of my time on enjoying the trip and family members I had planned to visit. Host was very responsive and courteous. Two thumbs up.
