House Rules

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM to respect our hardworking neighbors. Absolutely no smoking on the property or surrounding areas. A $500 fee will be charged if smoking occurs inside the house or anywhere on the premises. No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings are allowed. Entrance doors must remain closed to prevent pests from entering. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Any unauthorized guests will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund and a $500 charge. Pets must be approved by the host before arrival, and additional charges apply. Pets are not allowed on beds or couches. Guests must clean up after their pets in the yard and fenced-in area. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. Late checkout fee: $30 per hour past the designated checkout time. Lost key fee: $80 (please leave the key in the lockbox upon departure). If you have used spray tan solutions, please avoid using our towels, as the stains cannot be removed. By booking this stay, guests agree to follow all house rules. Violation of any rules may result in additional fees or immediate cancellation of the reservation.

We enjoyed our stay- lunch at Rusty Bellies was great, art show was lovely, Sponge City Brewery right around corner was perfect- excellent location- we would definitely book at Nina and Bob’s place again!

We had such a wonderful stay at this location! The area was quiet and safe. We were able to walk to many amenities. It was easy to settle in after a long day of travel! Instructions for arrival and entry were clear. I like that we were able to park in the back instead of out on the main street. Host was very responsive! When the was something that came up they were quick to answer and provide a couple solutions to the situation giving us options for what we felt comfortable with. Would absolutely stay again!

Everything was well thought of. - nice pillows on a comfortable bed, kitchen well stocked, great location, more than enough toilet paper and amenities in the bathroom, roomy. Parking was around back, and you walked along the side of the building to get to the unit. We unloaded from the front, and then put the car around back.

Great 3 bedroom 1 bath unit within only a few blocks from Tarpon Springs Apipathy and a block from Spong city brewery. Prefect location for any events on the sponge docks or downtown Tarpon Springs. Place was prefect.
