House Rules

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM to respect our hardworking neighbors. Absolutely no smoking on the property or surrounding areas. A $500 fee will be charged if smoking occurs inside the house or anywhere on the premises. No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings are allowed. Entrance doors must remain closed to prevent pests from entering. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Any unauthorized guests will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund and a $500 charge. Pets must be approved by the host before arrival, and additional charges apply. Pets are not allowed on beds or couches. Guests must clean up after their pets in the yard and fenced-in area. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. Late checkout fee: $30 per hour past the designated checkout time. Lost key fee: $80 (please leave the key in the lockbox upon departure). If you have used spray tan solutions, please avoid using our towels, as the stains cannot be removed. By booking this stay, guests agree to follow all house rules. Violation of any rules may result in additional fees or immediate cancellation of the reservation.

Amazing condo with everything you could possibly need! So many thoughtful things….first aid kit, beach towels, toiletries, tons of beach supplies….i could go in and on! Eviasa was responsive…we didnt have any needs but got frequent updates and some recommendations for things to do. Would definitely stay here again! It was like having your own private beach!

We had a wonderful time at Eviasa's condo. The place was spacious, clean, designed for comfort, and well equipped for any cooking activities. The proximity and view of the beach were incredible. The direct entrance onto the beach from the back balcony was an added bonus. Super kid friendly with beach equipment available in a spacious storage closet next to the pool. Eviasa and her team were very responsive and provided clear instructions on check in/check out. We felt at home there for our 11 day stay and it was difficult to leave. We hope to return in the near future.
