House Rules

Do NOT set AC below 70. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM to respect our hardworking neighbors. Absolutely no smoking on the property or surrounding areas. A $500 fee will be charged if smoking occurs inside the house or anywhere on the premises. No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings are allowed. Entrance doors must remain closed to prevent pests from entering. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Any unauthorized guests will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund and a $500 charge. Pets must be approved by the host before arrival, and additional charges apply. Pets are not allowed on beds or couches. Guests must clean up after their pets in the yard and fenced-in area. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. Late checkout fee: $30 per hour past the designated checkout time. Lost key fee: $80 (please leave the key in the lockbox upon departure). If you have used spray tan solutions, please avoid using our towels, as the stains cannot be removed. By booking this stay, guests agree to follow all house rules. Violation of any rules may result in additional fees or immediate cancellation of the reservation.

Enjoy this beautifully set-up Airbnb home in Largo, FL. Only 8 mins by car to Indian Rocks beach, Belleair Beach and 15 min to Clearwater Beach. You can walk (5 blocks) to Largo downtown or to the shopping plaza next door where there is a Publix and shops. We are right next to Pinellas Trail which is perfect for biking and walking. We are only a couple of minutes away from Largo Central Park and a couple of blocks from Largo downtown which has great restaurants and a couple of places for hair, nails, and facials; shops, etc. The plaza next to us which is walking distance has Publix (supermarket), Tropical Caffe, Banfield Pet Hospital, Nail Place, and a hair salon. You are 15 min to Clearwater Beach, Treasure Island (10min), Madeira Beach (10min), Dunedin downtown (20min), Honeymoon Island (35min), St Pete (30min) and so many more other locations. We are 30 mins to the TPA airport.

Eviasa’s place was great. The place was well kept, clean, and had everything we needed. I’m very picky about bathrooms and it was great. The team was incredibly responsive and super kind, it was crazy how I could message them about something and in 5 minutes I had a response (which was unnecessary, but lovely). The place was easy to get into, the neighborhood was quiet, and close to beaches and food. They even had a cooler, umbrellas, toys, towels, and beach chairs. Overlay great experience and would recommend!

our stay was amazing, the communication couldn’t have been better. The home itself was beautiful and had all the appliances you could need and the area was peaceful and calm. We will definitely be coming back to stay here again!

We arrived later than expected and self-check in was seamless. The hosts checked in frequently and were very responsive. House was super clean and smelled amazing. We brought our small Boston terrier and he felt right at home as well. We are traveling nurses and visit the area frequently for work so we will be staying again. Thank you for a great stay!
