If the unit smells like pets at checkout, a cleaning fee will apply. House Rules

Do NOT set AC below 70. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM to respect our hardworking neighbors. Absolutely no smoking on the property or surrounding areas. A $500 fee will be charged if smoking occurs inside the house or anywhere on the premises. No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings are allowed. Entrance doors must remain closed to prevent pests from entering. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Any unauthorized guests will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund and a $500 charge. Pets must be approved by the host before arrival, and additional charges apply. Pets are not allowed on beds or couches. Guests must clean up after their pets in the yard and fenced-in area. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. Late checkout fee: $30 per hour past the designated checkout time. Lost key fee: $80 (please leave the key in the lockbox upon departure). If you have used spray tan solutions, please avoid using our towels, as the stains cannot be removed. By booking this stay, guests agree to follow all house rules. Violation of any rules may result in additional fees or immediate cancellation of the reservation.

Our beautiful home is located on the main street conveniently between the ocean shore, golf course, 5 minutes to Dunedin downtown, 9 min to Honeymoon Island and 12 minutes to the Clearwater Beach, 5 min to Clearwater downtown. Only 2 min to Toronto Blue Jays Stadium. 30 min to St. Pete downtown and Tampa. 2 hrs to Disney Parks and Universal Studios. You are 20 min from St. Pete/Clearwater airport and 30 min from TPA airport. Dunedin downtown has wonderful shops and amazing restaurants on the pier and along the street. Countryside Mall is ten min away for a great shopping experience. Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks is 20 min away and you can take a trolley to it.
