Shedding dogs are not permitted on the furniture. An extra cleaning fee will apply if pets are found on furniture contrary to this policy. 🧼 Pet Cleanliness Pets must be clean and groomed. If the unit smells like pets at checkout, a cleaning fee will apply. We are fair but firm with this policy. Their presence is normal in this environment and is out of our control. 🚭 No Smoking Smoking inside the unit will result in a $500 charge. ⏰ Check-Out Policy Unapproved late check-out will be penalized. 🚷 No Unauthorized Guests Only registered guests are allowed on the property. ❗ Cancellation Policy We have a strict, non-refundable cancellation policy. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unexpected cancellations or travel delays. 🛠️ Pest Control Notice: Our property receives regular monthly pest control service to maintain a clean and comfortable environment. Service schedules may vary, so we’re unable to confirm an exact date or time in advance. Please note that treatments are conducted outside the unit only, and there will be no need for entry during your stay. Guests will be notified once the service schedule is confirmed. 📅 PET POLICY & LIABILITY TERMS • All pets must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. • Pets must be under control and on a leash at all times when outside the property. Florida law states that pets must be on a leash at all times. Pets may not be left unattended outdoors or allowed to roam freely on the property. • Guests are fully responsible for their pets at all times, including any injury, damage, or disturbance caused—both on and off the property. • Any incidents involving a pet (including bites, attacks, or property damage) are the sole responsibility of the guest. Aggressive or dangerous animals are strictly prohibited. Any pet showing threatening behavior must be removed immediately. • Host/Property Owner assumes no liability for pet-related incidents. • Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Host/Property Owner from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from their pet. • Excessive noise, aggressive behavior, or complaints may result in immediate removal without refund. By booking, guests agree to all pet-related terms and accept full liability for their animal.
