House Rules

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM to respect our hardworking neighbors. Absolutely no smoking on the property or surrounding areas. A $500 fee will be charged if smoking occurs inside the house or anywhere on the premises. No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings are allowed. Entrance doors must remain closed to prevent pests from entering. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Any unauthorized guests will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund and a $500 charge. Pets must be approved by the host before arrival, and additional charges apply. Pets are not allowed on beds or couches. Guests must clean up after their pets in the yard and fenced-in area. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. Late checkout fee: $30 per hour past the designated checkout time. Lost key fee: $80 (please leave the key in the lockbox upon departure). If you have used spray tan solutions, please avoid using our towels, as the stains cannot be removed. By booking this stay, guests agree to follow all house rules. Violation of any rules may result in additional fees or immediate cancellation of the reservation.

The entire home is for guest use. This is a triplex and the parking area and outside garden patio are shared. Guests share the outside space with neighbors but the entire inside is private and only for their own use. The downtown area which is a block away has a small grocery store, restaurants, and shops. It’s great for walking around and Sims Park is gorgeous and by the water; it’s only a 5 min walk. The home is super close to everything including shopping, the hospital, and the beach.

We appreciated how clean and well stocked this place was. The best part is the short walk to historic downtown where there were many restaurants and a wonderful open park area by the river. In the same area was a small local history museum with friendly volunteers who led an informative walk through it.

We absolutely loved our stay here! We stayed for 12 nights. The place was super clean and comfortable with lots of supplies and amenities. Loved that they provided towels, chairs, an umbrella and a cooler for the beach! The couch and beds were comfy. Plenty of parking and super great, fast communication from the hosts. Loved that we could walk to restaurants and bars! The location is everything. Only small downside is that there is no laundry if you’re staying for a longer amount of time. Other than that, the place was perfect. 10/10 recommend and would stay again!

This is a cute triplex of units. I have actually stayed in two of them. This one was nicely decorated and furnished. The bed is comfortable. It's a nice quiet neighborhood but close enough to a major roadway. The downtown is a 7 minute walk and there are many restaurants and cute shops. There is also a nice park just past it for pretty walks. I would recommend this place.
